A Unique Place
“I like the idea of ‘stopping and smelling the roses,’
taking moments out of a busy life to actually reflect on
and appreciate what we’ve accomplished,” Carole says. For
her, the idea works two ways. She makes it a point to take
time to look around her and spend time with those she
loves, doing things she enjoys. Ironically, one of the
things she enjoys most is planting seeds and growing
plants for her beautifully landscaped deck and backyard.
Smelling the Roses, and Growing Them, Too
There is something exceptionally fulfilling for Carole
about digging into the dirt to plant a tiny seed that,
with careful attention and watering, sprouts into a
flowering plant or a perfectly manicured shrub. Carole
finds great symbolism in the time she spends outdoors amid
nature, cultivating her plants into bloom or relaxing in
her hammock. The idea of nurturing and nourishing
something, helping it grow into something greater, is a
theme that has played out many times in her life.
Time Well
Spent
Naturally,
Carole’s son, AJ, is the clearest example of her
nurturing, caring and compassion in action. Watching and
helping him grow into an accomplished, confident young man
is a great source of pride for her. Between fishing
excursions to Hilton Head or treks to the shore of Lake
Erie, baseball and golf games, this dedicated mother has
passed on to her son her hard work ethic and optimism with
an emphasis on living “the Golden Rule” every day.
It’s All About Helping Others
It’s hardly a surprise that Carole looks at the
opportunities presented to her daily in her real estate
career in the same light: a chance to nurture something—in
this case, the dreams and goals of home buyers and
sellers—and cultivate it into a wonderful result. Just as
it does in her backyard, the term “putting down roots” has
special meaning in her day-to-day contact with clients
throughout Ohio’s metropolitan area.
Experience
that Counts
Even more important, she treats each client’s investment
just as she would her own. Carole has bought and sold four
houses of her own and understands there is more to real
estate than a structure. It’s the people on the inside who
matter most. The big picture—both the financial and
emotional aspects of a move—does not escape Carole’s
attention and compassion during such a big transition for
your family.
Making Time for You to Relax
Carole makes it a point during your move to handle all the
details so your life is not too disrupted. She encourages
her clients to “stop and smell the roses” throughout the
process, basking in the excitement that goes hand-in-hand
with the purchase of a new home or obtaining the bottom
line you were seeking if you are selling a house. A native
of the area, Carole combines a strong background of 19
years in business administration with a complete knowledge
of this market to answer all your questions, whether they
relate to real estate or the Ohio metropolitan area, in
general.
